 bIRTHDAY PARTY FAQ’S

  • Visit our Birthday Party page & click “Book Today!” or give us a call at 225-450-6292.

  • Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking.

  • YES! Depending on the package you choose, our facility is completely yours. Please be aware that the last 30 minutes of your party, the party room will need to be cleared, so it can be cleaned & decorated for the next guests.

  • You may bring in your own beverages, cake & finger foods. Alcohol & foods that need to be heated are not permitted at our facility. Cups, ice, & tableware are included in all of our packages. All food must stay in the party room.

  • Absolutely! You are welcome to bring them with you to your party or bring them in ahead of the weekend. They must be labeled, non-hanging & pre-assembled. NO pinatas, silly string, or confetti allowed.

  • Our party hosts will decorate, serve food, organize & CLEAN UP for you!

  • Hosts may arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start of your party.

  • The soft play area & playground are both SHOE FREE areas. Socks are not required.

  • Additional items can be added on for an additional charge (such as 2-liters, pizza, ice cream cups, etc). Please contact us for more details at 225-450-6292.

  • Yes! All first time visitors must sign a waiver upon entry. If you have been to our facility recently, we will have your waiver already on file.

  • The party package total is due at the close of the party.
